I’m a 3x Super Bowl Champion and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience building culture, teams, and brands.
I draw on a career that spans four Super Bowls, leadership roles in global sports marketing, and partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized companies. My passion is connecting people, ideas, and opportunities in ways that drive real impact.
I got my start on the field, playing 12 seasons in the NFL and winning three championships with the New England Patriots before moving into the business side of sports and entertainment.
Since then, I’ve worked with organizations like GoPro and global sponsors to build experiences, partnerships, and campaigns that resonate far beyond the locker room.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of sport, business, and culture. Whether it’s speaking, advising, or connecting leaders, I bring energy, humility, and perspective to every room — helping people see what’s possible and giving them the tools to pursue it.
At GoPro, Paxton was instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence from action sports into mainstream culture. He built and managed multi-year partnerships with the NHL, PGA, Monday Night Football, and Fox Sports, while delivering 360° activations with global powerhouses such as Under Armour, Real Madrid, and the PGA. These initiatives positioned GoPro at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology.
He also scaled GoPro’s ambassador program to a reach of more than 150M across APAC, LATAM, the U.S., U.K., and India, while driving landmark activations at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and Super Bowl 50. In parallel, he directed collaborative content strategies that fueled global engagement and helped position GoPro as the #4 ranked consumer brand on Instagram worldwide.
